Todays car manufacturing factories are adapting themselves to the lower automation levels but higher customization options at the same time. With the emerging technologies, new tools enable the integration of human to automated
assembly line. In the upcoming decades, people will be guided with artifical interfaces in order to improve the human presence in the customization process.

Assembly 5.0 offers a serious of spatial qualities for a unrestricted production environment of future’s factories like Daimler’s Factory 56.

The system is designed to randomly fit the locations of production units into a site with Kangaroo stacking and then evaluated the spaces with Galagapos for the necessities of the production which the lines are distorted with pinch and spread component.
